The core of Real Estate Ally is to empower real estate agents to manage all their data in one location, including customers, listings, and sales. This data powers Real Estate Ally's other features.
Let's start by entering a customer.
Real Estate Ally connects every customer, listing, and transaction back to an agent user. This determines who "owns" the data and is the starting point for determining who is responsible for its tasks.
Real Estate Ally allows you to organize customers as either Individuals/Families or Businesses/Organizations. We will continue with the "Individual" type.
Only a few basic fields are required, but it is always best to enter all the information that you have. Later, this information will be used to create marketing materials, connect with people on social networks, and make it easy for you to track your communication with each customer.
We have set up the first customer for you.
Here we'll enter the mailing address.
To keep things simple, we will copy over the mailing address.
Now we can review the information for this customer. If we needed to modify any section, we could simply click the modify button next to it.
